About Thriversity Group
Culturally grounded advisory for stronger policy and programs.
Thriversity Group is a culturally grounded advisory and capacity-building practice focused first on African Australian communities in South Australia. We work at the intersection of community insight, policy, program design and organisational capability.
We support governments, employers, service providers and community organisations to create culturally responsive initiatives that are practical, trusted and accountable. Where there is a clear fit, we also support broader multicultural work.
What makes us different is our approach: we do not position ourselves as a substitute for specialist frontline services. Instead, we help design, strengthen, train and evaluate the work that others deliver, so that community voice, cultural understanding and evidence are built into the process from the start.
“We bring people and expertise together to foster inclusive workplaces and drive shared success”
